Following another busy and productive year in travel-retail, Imperial Tobacco has announced a structural change relating to its marketing operation in the channel.
Having contributed to a series of successful campaigns behind brands including Davidoff cigarettes, marketing manager global duty free Sascha Berger is moving on to take up another role within the organisation - namely, marketing manager Ukraine, for which position he will be based in Kiev.
Berger's replacement is Oliver Schramm (pictured), who was appointed acting marketing manager global duty free with effect from February 15.
"Oliver has a strong track record within the travel-retail/duty-free organisation of Imperial Tobacco, being trade marketing manager duty free Americas and Europe until his recent appointment," says Berger.
Oliver is based in Hamburg and will report to Graham Bolt, regional director Americas/global duty free & travel retail.
