It is designed to promote accessibility to art and leisure

to residents. ResCard currently has approximately 50,000

in Westminster. Cardholders receive an electronic membership
card that enables them to obtain the discounts and,
every 3 months they are sent an updated 48-page, full
colour handbook which sets out the locations where they
can save. Metropolis negotiates the discounts, publishes
the handbook, prints the cards and provides the customer
service and fulfillment directly to Westminster Residents.
