Concept: With notes that have inspired a cupcake recipe, the new Sweet Delicious collection has a definite baking theme. Sweet Delicious Tart Key Lime centres around a key lime pie accord while orange zest, bergamot, mandarin, vibrant neroli, basil macaron and ginger wrapped in feminine violet leaves all make an appearance. Sweet Delicious Pink Macaron (pictured) is described as a delicate floral layered over a creamy base, featuring nectarine, kumquat, pomegranate and a rose marzipan accord, plus rich woods and tonka beans. Finally, Sweet Delicious Creamy Meringue has a zesty citrus top with lemon cream, bergamot and a scrumptious “crepe Suzette” accord; a heart of yellow freesia, plumeria and passion flower; and a base including dry cedarwood atlas, white amber and musk.
